Refund Policy

Also referred to as the “Ambitious Writers Work! Guarantee”

All capitalized terms herein have the same meaning as provided in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

At Ambitious Writer Society, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of our Paid Content. We believe that our writing training courses can benefit anyone who uses them, and we are confident in the quality of our materials.

However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer may want to request a refund. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. To be eligible for a refund, customers must use the materials prior to requesting a refund. This includes completing all videos and lessons in full. Throughout the material, there are also course quizzes, worksheets and prompts. For each requested refund of Paid Content purchases, you must complete all applicable, lessons, course quizzes, challenges and worksheets. For the quizzes, you must pass with at least an 80% score on each quiz. You must also submit proof of sending 25 email cold pitches (initial pitches) and both the first and second follow-up pitch emails for each. These pitches must be sent within the timeframe of your purchase date and your refund request date. You must email us your refund request within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. 

  2. Customers must also explain why they do not want the materials. This will help us understand any issues or concerns that the customer may have had with the materials and allow us to make improvements to better meet our customers' needs.

  3. Customers must also explain why they purchased the materials in the first place. This will help us understand what the customer's expectations were, and how we can improve our marketing and sales strategies to better meet those expectations.

Please note that refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Ambitious Writer Society. Not all refund requests will be honored. Refunds may be granted in cases where the customer has used the materials as directed, provided an explanation of why they do not want the materials, and provided an explanation of why they purchased the materials in the first place.

Refunds will not be granted in cases where the customer has not used the materials or has not provided a clear explanation of why they do not want the materials or why they purchased the materials in the first place.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@ambitiouswritersociety.com and provide the following information:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • The name of the course you are requesting a refund for;

  • The date of purchase;

  • All completed course worksheets, prompts and work pertaining to course challenges;

  • Proof of sending 25 email cold pitches plus the first and second follow-up emails for each (sent between your purchase date and refund request date);

  • The reason for the refund request; and

  • An explanation of why you do not want the materials and why you purchased the materials in the first place.

We will review your request, check your quiz scores and respond as soon as possible. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for processing.
